Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven,
Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, now and forever.

Kids at Trinity
At Trinity Reformed Church, we see children as a vital part of the Kingdom of God. We want worship to be accessible and participatory for all kids.
We provide opportunities for children in the weekly liturgy, from lighting the Christ candle at the beginning of worship with their family, to scripture reading, and the weekly praying of the Lord’s Prayer by (you guessed it), our kids.
We also foster an environment where it’s ok if a kid stays in service. We want them to learn the rhythms of church just like their parents.

What are you teaching children?
We want teaching to kids to be a supplement of what YOU are doing at home. Currently, we use the Heidelberg Catechism for kids, which incorporates question and answer, memorization, singing, and most importantly, conversations about God and His world. You can find the Heidelberg and resources for your own family training here. Each week in the liturgy handout we include a family worship guide that can be used for working with your children throughout the week.
